Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Labor Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field3+ years of HR experience demonstrating knowledge of HR management, recruitment, and employee relationsSelf-motivated, strong problem solver self-directed in learning the various rules and regulationsAbility to handle highly confidential and sensitive informationStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust demonstrate a high level of personal comfort with change and change management, and the ability to consult and guide managers and employees through change initiatives.Ability to handle and resolve conflictAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlines If a candidate meeting these qualifications cannot be found NDVH will consider hiring other applicants with lesser skills and/or experience in the role as a Human Resources Business Partner.
