North Dakota State Hospital - Jamestown ND - Medical Lab TechOffering a $15,000 Recruitment Bonus and will consider Relocation Assistance to qualified applicants.Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:30pmLaboratory staff are required to provide phlebotomy and testing services to the North Dakota State Hospital. You will be responsible for procurement, processing, and testing of blood and body fluid specimens. You'll also perform quality control testing and complete the required documentation. Also, you will enter and process results obtained in a Laboratory Information System. You'll operate, maintain and troubleshoot various analyzers including Sysmex 1000i, Clinitek Status, and other point of care testing, process in-house supply orders, and assist with quality assurance reviews.To be considered for Lab Tech II, you must have at a minimum of an associate degree in clinical laboratory science and North Dakota licensure as a clinical laboratory technician or a medical laboratory technician, OR a valid provisional permit under the provisions of NDCC Chapter 43-48 and two (2) years of work experience as a laboratory technician.If unable to find qualified candidates, will consider underfilling the position as a Medical Laboratory Technician I (3201), which requires the same as above without work experience.About HHS: ND HHS strives to make North Dakota the healthiest state in the nation by reinforcing the foundations of well-being: physical, economic, and behavioral.
