You will ensure program utilization targets are met through coordinating intakes/discharges, building relationships with stakeholders and audit the quality of clinical records that document the person served needs, services provided, treatment plans, and progress. Additionally, you will utilize agency templates and standards for clinical recording and supervisory sign off. As part of a leadership, you will partner with the Medical Director and Operations Director to assist in the planning and implementation of improvements in the program and provide continuous evaluation of program needs to make recommendations in program design, development, and implementation. You may also participate in a rotating on call with other directors and clinical staff on an occasional basis. To be considered for this position, you must be 21 years of age and have a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or clinical field; AND two years of professional experience in the treatment of children diagnosed with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). Preferred qualifications include Doctorate in Psychology and licensure as a Psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners. OR A master's degree and clinical licensure (counseling, social work); Previous supervisory experience or previous experience working with youth in an inpatient/residential setting. Candidates who meet preferred qualification will be paid between $6,400 - $8,000 per month. This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.About Ruth Meiers PRTF: Ruth Meiers Adolescent Center (RMAC) opened its doors to adolescents with serious behavioral health issues in 1989. RMAC is a 10-bed facility, serving North Dakota youth ages 12 - 18 years old with high level behavioral health needs. RMAC has served hundreds of youths from across North Dakota in its years of helping North Dakota youth. We are a licensed (by the State of North Dakota) and accredited (by the Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities - CARF) Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). Location:While ND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model, this is an in-person position located in Grand Forks, ND. This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore on-site services will be required a majority of the time (= 90%). The individual will work as a team member in an infirmary/clinic setting and within the Medical and Psychiatric Service Program. The position requires a holistic approach to health care service with emphasis on health maintenance through patient education and positive self-initiative. Minimum Qualifications
