Southeast Human Service Center - Fargo, Wahpeton, Lisbon, or Mayville, ND - Clinician **Sign on Bonus up to 2 months' salary** This position is eligible for an 9% pay differential in addition to the base salary. As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends. This rewarding career works with adolescents and their families by tailoring services to the individual family using treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services. You will function as part of an FFT team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation from FFT trained clinicians. This position can be located in Fargo, Wahpeton, Lisbon, or Mayville, ND and may be eligible for hybrid or in-office/remote work. Typical work schedule includes evenings and the ability to be flexible to meet the scheduling needs of families. Most therapists can build their full-time schedules around their caseload to create an alternate work schedule leaving time for family, schooling, or self-care. We also offer flexibility for classes, internship possibilities within our organization, and the availability for licensure supervision. To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable working with adolescents and families, using cultural responsivity and trauma informed practice. You should also have effective interpersonal and relationships skills and be able to individualize program interventions to utilize adolescent/family strengths. To be considered for the Clinician position, you are required to have a master's degrees in Social Work, Counseling, or areas approved by the North Dakota Board of Counseling Examiners and ND licensure as a LCSW or LPCC. OR a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy AND licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy OR a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with eligibility for licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. OR a Doctorate in Psychology and ND licensure as a psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners. We will consider filling this position as a Human Relations Counselor at a reduced rate. Human Relations Counselors must have a master's degrees in Counseling and LAPC licensure, as well as be within two years of LPCC licensure. Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree with a major in business management/administration, history, public history, education, museum studies, or other closely related field, and two years of related work experience including supervision of staff or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience totaling six years. Valid driver's license. Proficient level knowledge of and ability to use tools necessary for assigned work. Demonstrated experience with public relations and interpretation. Ability to multitask is a must! This position has multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
