As our temporary Enterprise Desktop Administrator, you will:Monitor, coordinate and resolve incidents and/or changes requested by customers and internal staffProvide remote and on-site support for computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, scanners, and other peripherals. Identify, document, and clearly articulate operational functions and work with business analysts to identify improvement opportunities. Provide quality customer service in a work environment with a continuous workload To succeed in this position, you will be an inquisitive and constant learner, open to observation and feedback. You should be highly organized, able to manage your time and priorities effectively in order to meet organization standards. You establish and maintain effective working relationships while working independently and within a team.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have an Associate's degree in computer science or closely related field, or a high school diploma and two years of current and progressive IT technical related work experience.

As a part of the State of ND's Enterprise Architecture team, the Enterprise Architect will focus on the development, execution, and promotion of enterprise architecture strategy and processes. The scope of enterprise architecture includes facilitating business and IT strategy alignment, providing oversight of enterprise product and services capabilities, and aligning IT change and procurements with state standards and architectural direction. Additionally, the Enterprise Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining technology strategy and roadmaps to ensure the state's technical capabilities remain robust and future focused. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills and must have extensive communication skills needed to motivate, convince, and/or change behavior as well as effectively interpret and communicate highly technical information to non-technical and technical users. Candidate must also be able to perform in a fast-paced, progressive, and challenging team environment and have the ability to build long-lasting, trusting relationships. In this role you will:Collaborate with business stakeholders to align business vision and strategy with the implementation of solutions.Evaluate and align IT change and procurements with state standards and architectural direction.Develop and maintain technology reference architectures and roadmaps that support strategic goals and guide future direction.Guide enterprise product and services capabilities and support product portfolio management activities.Establish, manage, and promote IT standards, policies, and best practices related to enterprise solutions.Participate in short-term and long-term business and IT planning to ensure enterprise needs are supported.Provide the enterprise with support and guidance to develop plans and advise of forthcoming technologyServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on technology matters and providing strategic insights and recommendations.Work with business and technical people in a highly collaborative environment.Build relations with customers, vendors, and team members across the organization.Embrace constant change by adapting strategies, processes, and solutions to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements. Research new technologies to identify trends and embrace personal growth through learning opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or an information technology related field, and at least five years of current and progressive work experience. Work experience must include recommending, procuring, and implementing information technology solutions. Additional work experience as described may substitute for up to two years of the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.Candidates should be within driving distance of Bismarck, ND as time in office is required on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or closely related field and one year of progressive experience involving the support and maintenance of low-code/no-code applications and system analysis.An associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field and two years of progressive experience involving the support and maintenance of low-code/no-code applications and system analysis.
