Minimum Qualifications

Direct Care Associate II: Requires high school diploma or GED and current ND medical certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Documentation of Competency/Quality Service Provider (QSP), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN), or First Responder. Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or GED.
